Privacy & submissions
Respect for your information.
This page explains the website’s form workflow and the information needed to respond to your enquiry.
Information you provide
Contact and membership forms collect the details you enter, including your name, contact details, institution and message. Research and case forms also collect professional and scientific information that you choose to submit.
How submissions are used
Submissions are stored in the WordPress administration area for the website’s authorized administrators. Notification emails may be sent to the website’s configured recipient. The secretariat uses this information to respond to enquiries and coordinate membership or scientific review.
Clinical information
Do not send identifiable patient or participant information. Scientific text must be de-identified. For supporting files, share only institution-approved access-controlled links; the site does not provide a clinical document repository.
Access, correction and deletion
Use the contact form to ask about a submission, request a correction or request deletion. Include enough information for the team to locate the record without sharing unnecessary sensitive details.
Website cookies
WordPress may use cookies when administrators sign in. The form system uses hidden validation tokens and short-lived rate limiting to reduce automated abuse. It does not add a form-tracking cookie, and this package does not add advertising trackers.
Retention and site services
The website operator should retain submissions only as long as needed for the stated purpose. Hosting, email and any services added by the operator may process data according to their own configurations and policies.
